Re: Patents holding up? What is often just as important as patent protection is proprietary technology that makes your patent work. It's not described and graphically displayed for the whole world to analyze and do end runs around as are patents. Intel's selection of NCI validates the above. Their customers will also be getting in line with NCI. I foresee Intel also getting in the content business for Internet broadcasting and recording. How much of that content may be music is also up for grabs.
