I have asked several times about the dividend to the company and to the Transfer Agent. BNEZ says they sent the check to the TA but the TA has no record of paying the dividend. BUT, given the TA had profound difficulties finding ANYTHING on BNEZ, I am not surprised this takes time. BNEZ considers the sales of PMA the number one important issue. The dividend is on the back burner although they KNOW that many shareholders would like the issue resolved. As I recall, the dividend was 0.01 / share to be paid to shareholders of record on July 31, 1998. I can get the PR reposted in the future if anyone wants that. later, leroyt
