Quick question about Quicken. Have you had any problems with it locking up your computer while you are working in it? The sucker does it all the time to me.

My solution to credit card problem is to use a Visa debit card

Did they ever fix the differences between credit cards and debit cards. At one time, a debit card did not have the $50 limitation on use by someone other than you and did not give you the same rights to reject payment for faulty or non delivered products ? I remember they were discussing fixing these problems but do not know what happened.

Coby,

I'm a spreadsheet guy. I have tried Quicken many times and MYM and others, but never liked them. When I try them, I always feel like I have to twist my thinking around to conform to the way they look at things. I would rather start with a clean slate and impose my own model on the numbers. And if my model isn't working for me, I change it.
