<I jumped the gun yesterday and anticipated it going short>

Ah, the old second guess the system ploy. You never see me doing that.

(Not much!)

Using Reuters, if I miss a day, a week, or if I'm just starting out I can download everything I need immediately. Are you saying that with Pinnacle, if I leave for a week or two, when I come back I won't be able to retrieve the data I missed, only the previous few days?

Else, why would they have to send an entire database?

What if I decide a year from now that the price of Live Cattle is integral to deciding the intermediate motion of the S&P 500; do I have to order the database from Pinnacle again because I did not keep track on a daily basis?

This is important stuff for me to know, as I am probably going to need Pinnacle myself.
