I have PMailed Patrick my intent to short this thing this morning based on a TICK divergence, MACD divergence, way overbought on RSI, and in general, just too much euphoria to the upside. I missed the entry cause I had to step out, and then I had a second chance at it a short time ago. The first entry would have have been real money...the second was on paper only at 29.50. The reason I did not take it with real money is that the TICK has been dropping and the SPOO has held firm. I have noticed in the past when this occurs it simply is an indication of underlying strength in the SPOO. In fact, if I can grab a couple of points on the 29.50 short, I might be inclined to SAR it based on that observation. Will depend, of course, on the look of the market at that point.

Patrick -- it needs to hold over 20 today or else it will be a sell per one of the systems that I use.

I will look to cover the short and possibly reverse to the long side at the 24-25 level.
