Tony, Paul, Anyone

I was channel surfing last night and the home shopping network was selling a computer/entertainment system. It looked pretty interesting. It was basically a computer you used through your TV, with a stereo tuner, DVD and wireless keyboard. It was fairly reasonably priced (1899 w/6 speakers). The only reservation I had was it had an 300mhz AMD K6 processor in it. I am shopping for a new home system and if the system would have had Intel inside, it would have been under my tree this year.

Does anyone know if Intel is putting their chips into these types of systems?? or have plans to do so?? Does anyone think this will catch on for home users?? Just curious, thanks for any input.

Take Care

Ann
