Although it has been ticking down, I have been unable to get a sell signal on my method. This probably means that there is still underlying strength and the downside will be limited. Of course, it could also mean that the market is taking a breather, there currently are plenty of buyers for the sellers and shortly the buyers will be run out of the pit and the sellers will take over. Of course if this happens, I would expect to see a sell signal shortly thereafter.

Right now the TICK target for a sell is -110.

Just closed out the short at 30+ for a loss of almost 2 points

I think there is more downside -- but not much more--and I was not willing to stay short
