FWIW...the mini is real time. Don't know the interquote symbol, but the symbol is ES8Z for the Dec 98 contract. The difference between that quote and the SPOO is, in my estimation, negligable.

Robin, first you need to be sure that you'll get the quotes for the futures since it comes from a different source -- and involves additional exchange fees.

Then go into the help section of IQ and see what it says about the symbol to use. It has it there -- or at least used to do so.
