Yes, we customers can fix the problems at Datek. Please read the message to which I am responding, and then start writing letters. As long as Datek gets good reviews in the press, they have no reason to improve their service. If Barron's would only publish the fact that Datek sucks, maybe Datek will get rid of the silly servers.
