It's right there in the 10K. As of that filing they are once again under the net tangible assets requirement. I sincerely doubt the Naz will let them slide until the next slug of convertible preferreds hits in January. There have probably been negotiations between the Naz and RACE on continued listing, see if RACE will give you an update on those discussions.
