Hi GZ,

FYI, I went flat the position trade at 1128 this am, per the system

I think that I mentioned to you that when I reach a pre-set profit target -- which is really a derivation of the entry price in terms of a percentage -- currently 45 points, I take profits and go flat.

The discussion on the pitchfork is interesting because perhaps there may be an alternative way to decide when to take profits. I need to look at that further and see if it can be back-tested and integrated into the system.

Will wait for the next signal before I take the next position -- this would have to be a short trade--or at least a sell signal-- before I can go long again on a buy signal.

<doesn't mean anything about market trend>

Oh, I thought that was a piece of it.

Anyway, did you get a chance to look at the "minor" fork I mentioned later?

EDIT Never mind, I see your post on it.
