So far no earnings or book value from F.E. have been included in Leah' s numbers. I don't really know how the spinoff will be viewed by investors. There are two schools of thought: 1) if the price of leah before the spinoff reflects and includes the value of the F.E. stock and that stock is trading on an exchange, then naturally after the record date Leah must be valued without the F.E. dividend attached. 2) If Leah's price per share is based on the fundamentals of Leah, notwithstanding the F.E. shares, then the spinoff of something that was never figured into the leah price to begin with, should have no impact after the record date.

Basically what I'm saying is that as long as LEAH is on the OTCBB, predictability is very difficult if not impossible.
