I think that this has been resolved. But just for clarity, the metric volume calculation is length x width x thickness = volume in cubic meters. Then multiply by the weight of each cubic meter. This is also called specific gravity and water, for example, has a sg of 1. So a cubic meter of water = one metric tonne. The sg of the ARP rocks is 2.3 so you have to multiply the volume by the sg to get the metric tonnes.
