Lets see it's about 5:30 EST and I picture a few guys sitting around with their feet up on the desk smoking 20 dollar cigars and sipping from a $200 glass of brandy.
As they comment, “Yes sir all those s-u-c-k-e-r-s fell for it again.” “All we have to do is spread a few rumors about all the big deals that are signed and will be released any day.”
And of course they get past around and around. “Yea my guy told me the deal is rubber stamped and ready to go.” “It's a huge deal and you will not believe how big this deal is.” “I also heard two more are ready to be signed.”

I have no doubt everyone on this board has gotten the phone calls with their insiders telling him these stories.

If it wasn't so serious I will be laughing to. The stock is bought and moves higher, the calls go higher, and the day of the CC everything falls on its face. This happens again and again and we just moan to each other. You can bet in a few weeks it will start all over again.

If you think back in time I bet you can remember when your mother said
“ SON WHEN WILL YOU EVER LEARN”

Bad Review Jim here is mine and somewhat different then yours

Bill and Jim

You have both awakened from a long sleep. Your eyes are finally opened but you were slapped by the prince. It was not a kiss. <S>

This was my response to astutely at the Yahoo thread. He asked which of the two IDC is currently. Make your decision.

A buying opportunity?

A loser?

1. "Demands on working capitol in 1998 and beyond are expected to increase"
2. "substantial expenditures are expected to be incurred"
3. "Marketing, administrative, and other costs are expected to increase"
4. "the cost of prosecuting patent applications worldwide...can be substantial."
5. "The company...find it desirable to obtain additional debt equity capitalization...to fund its patent enforcement activities."
6. Companies backlog Sept. 30th 1997 was $888,000 and Sept.30th 1998 is reduced to $355,000.
7. Myanma Contract, valued at $250 million, "the Company currently believes that it is unlikely the contract will be preformed due to lack of progress in securing financing and, as a result, in obtaining government permits."
8. 1998 "cash flows from operations of $18.6 million during the nine months" BUT BUT "Net cash used for investing activities...1998 was $29.5 million..."

Do you all get the picture. I think IDC has a huge problem and wants to sweep it under the rug so no one runs for the hills. You will see the stock price back in the $2s IMO. Then buy for another pump and dump.
