Intel demos Katmai 500MHz today. AMD is up huge, NSM us up huge. INTC is up really big. Do we figure that the MII/300 at maybe $50 gets the low end, or that people pop for $120 to get a 333 Celeron? Or do they wait a week to pay $229 for a 400MHz K6-2? Or do they wait a bit longer and choose between the K6-3 4xx or the Katmai 500? All this within a month after Xmas. IMHO, it's better to be a user than anything else right now. And the MXi .. well ... Craig
