News Out & Insider Trading Alert!!!!!!! Hills Store Inc. (HDS) -- 8th Laregest Retail Store. There is alot of interest lately in HDS, when I was at the wall street kitchen friday October 23rd people had mentioned the stock, that of it being a good bottom buy with insiders buying along with alot of investor interest. I had commented that I've been following this company for many years and I strongly agree with them. During the 4th quarter the company is in good position to get a rise in the stock price for february in which it usually trades between 4 & 6 dollars per share which could be an easy 300% to 500% return.

Insider Mark Dickstein & his affiliates Dickstein Focus Fund LP, Dickstein Partners Inc., Dickstein & CO. LP & Dickstein Partners LP have purchased 280,400 shares in the last 5 months. Insiders Gregory Raven & Mark Ramsdell also have purchased shares.

News Release out on the appointment of a new CEO with over 25 years in the Retail Industry!!!

I feel this stock will be trading in the 5 dollar range for january/february. It's high is 7.56 and low 1.37 in which it is close to now indicates it's a great Bottom Buy opportunity. Right now it is trading with a ASK price of 1.50 and myself along with alot of others are starting our buying.

All the newbies and professionals are running screaming with blood running from their eyes, after reading your posts about Alleged SEC investigations, Panic driven posts about Reverse Splits, Threats of RICO investigations (Yeah I know, You did that one by PM as Rosemary Soldberg)

3 weeks ago you acted like a baboon on RAGING BULL with, who knows how many alias SCREAMING sec investigation, what about the 850 million shares, blah blah,

Then , when the price dropped back to 1.8 cents you loaded your boat, and made up fairy tales about CNBC covering the open at New York Insider Trading, even though you know . ..YOU KNOW, that a private firm was hired to film the commercials to air on CNBC.

You know this, because that is what George has told everyone who called.

So either today or tomorrow you will begin the transformation (after you have sold) and be bringing up useless facts to twist in your favor.

Like this:

On the ARET thread while you held stock you said that 220 million shares was normal for an OTC stock.

Then you sold and all of a sudden those 220 million became the center of your monologue over there.

Here on PRWT you plaster posts breathing doom and gloom about the 609 million o/s (you said 750, and 850 million)

Then when you bought in again, you jump on Jhild for suggesting a 30:1 reverse split, siting the O/S shares of Yahoo and GM.

How about AGTI One minute the management are crooks and scammers and the sec will be investigating, then you buy in at 1.1 cents and all of a sudden the managment are geniuses, and are about to merge because 50 million shares (pre split have traded) Then it takes to .005 and it is a scam again.

REPORT THIS POST TO SI, PAL

Telling it the way it is, isn't a violation of the terms of use.
Using SI to pump and dump is a violation of the SEC.
