Thanks a lot Harold for your detailed report. Your information goes a long way in explaining why the stock has tanked the last year. I am not totally surprised you know things are not right when the founder of the company is replaced. Did you happen to ask about the TB test this was to provide some revenues for the company in the medium term.

Thank you for sharing your findings. Could you elaborate on what you mean when you say it's the financing that may or may not cause problems? Are you hinting at a possible consolidation? Is this something you discussed with Mr. McBeath?

I am concerned that Rothschild's hand picked Mr. McBeath. I believe IZP's institutional investors have a lot to gain if IZP goes through with a consolidation. Rothschild is in a conflict of interest if they are involved in selecting the CEO and have involvement in financing. Any thoughts?
