Well brees, JLA, dougjn, I agree student ids arent perfect. But what Im saying is, Northern Ca at least is urban and lots of people dont have cars. Who wants a car in SF? Forget it, its just like NYC, unless you live in South of Mkt. And the students at the UC campuses dont have cars. Berkeley residents dont have cars. Oh and what do you know, these people that are unlikely to have cars also happen to be liberal. Oh how convenient the republicans are demanding photo ids from the DMV. Give me a break. Its not photo IDs I object to, its just their accessibility. What do they do in NYC to handle this problem?
