Karl
One thing you didn't mention is the fact that it appears another purchase of a Company or other deal seems to be in the works. Another positive for the Company as they look to add to the bottom line with any new venture as they mentioned will happen when they close Nov 30 deal.

Karl, today's announcement and CC were very positive for TAVA and yet the stock goes down, another Y2K+ company IMRS announced very positive earning's and it goes up over $3.00, why is it that TAVA's VERY POSITIVE NEWS TODAY did not bring this stock up in value, I do not know why I am asking you, you are probably just as much in the dark as I am, I have to belief that something good will come of this great quarter and that the powers to be will see it in the very near future...... Good Luck to all the long's in TAVA....

Dear karl: I have already thought about share buyback but doubt they would do it at this stage ie want all the working capital they can get to finance growth. However, I personally wish they would. Will have to review the new loan agreement to see what restrictions if any are in it once its in place.
I would like to know more about that 100mmto 120mm in the pipeline. My understanding of what they said is that this figure is stationary or growing and further that it is a figure that has been subjected to rigorous review to weed out any proposals they are not very sure about winning. If I am right this is NEARLY in the bag--do you agree? JDN
