I wonder if Creaf is exempt from this. The CC seems to point toward the authorization by SES to allow Creaf to follows NASDAQ rule only.
This also referred in the EGM circular and not this "bill". So far, everything imply or reference this "authorization". Sim even stated that share buy back starting Nov. 6 in the CC. You know where I'm heading...

Share buyback has been approved in Singapore.
EGM is the last legal step to commence.
