Thanks for your input. But over all one has to admit that at least Private has the guts to go public with the company and not to hide - as all the others are doing - behind offshore structures. And they seem to be seriously interested to complying with severe US laws if going public in the highly regulated US. (Still: Las Vegas is in the US!). Private is running this business for almost 35 years in Europe, where this brand is known to Europeans like "Hustler" for the Americans. But at least we agree that this "dirty pictures" business is " really making much money" and seems they intend to seriously share profits with the stockholders! At the end the market will tell us- lets wait and see...
