You can't go and add anything that has changed since then
and if I recall there was a cash infusion in July 1998.


That's nonsense. From the 10-K filed 9/28/98:

"The Company's recurring losses have had a negative effect on the Company's shareholders' equity, and the Company does not currently meet the Nasdaq National Market net tangible assets requirement."

The Board approved the 10K on 9/17/98. As of that date RACE was out of compliance on NTA.

Follow along with me....

* As of June 30th RACE out of compliance on NTA
* Gets cash infusion in July go back into compliance
* RACE loses enough money to go back out of compliance by 9/17/98

Looks like they will need to raise some more cash, pronto or they will get delisted. Talk to Skalla, I'm sure he's been dealing with the Naz on this. Out beating the bushes for some of the ol' cashola as well no doubt.
