Helen, openings are an easy thing to do. They don't require a lot of capital intensity. Explaining the capital structure of a company, explaining the business plan, making projections for the upcoming quarters, filing balance sheets and being accountable for expenditures are the things that real companies do.

I am sure that the opening was a grand event and that a good time was had by all. But as far as it demonstrating that PRWT is a real company, it is no substitute for filing financials. The news that they didn't feel compelled to file them this year even, can hardly be called good news. So eat your salmon on toast points and drink your bubbly, but this company appears to be evading filing.

I guess that you don't recall the statement that was made by the company last July that they would be closing the June qtr and filing by the middle of August. Only to have them say they were changing the fiscal year, only to have them say oops, the merger is not complete, but we will close the September qtr and file 45 days later. Well oooops, here we are closing in on 45 days later, and ooooops, it won't be 'til next year. And why is that? Well because they don't have to. Nice answer.
