That's when I got pissed at RACE. Ben stopped answering my e-mails when I started geting into the technical stuff with him. Especially SS7 - etc. And I was still long - I believe at the time. Out of interest there are a few new companies that are still private, that have been releasing chips for integrating voice & data switching - some may be potential investments in the future. At least that is what I read in the EE Times. I'll look into it a little deeper when I have time. The one thing I would be worried about is a buy-out. We recently sold our VoIp division to Inter-Tel for $25 mil. And they had no revs to speak of. But we still got to keep the technology we needed. Considering that division consisted of about 8 people and most of their voice technology was derived from third party vendors and I and others within my company helped them with most of their signaling standards- it makes you think? But then again their stuff is built around ITU standards - not some proprietay CELP standards - which is a nono.

Yea, and in 08/27/98 (Don't know when it went "into the bank"): datarace.com Yes, they probably fell out of the cash requirement at some time too but there is no way the NASDAQ could issue such a warning notice until after they've reviewed each quarterly report, could they?
