Well then so as not to be putting words in your mouth, when did you think he said there will be any financial report? Then part two is when do you think based on what John Schmitz said, that PRWT will file audited financials with the SEC?

What exactly are you saying about the financials? Will the 3rd quarter numbers be reported before the end of the year? Didn't John state at the shareholders meeting that they intended to file them no later than 45 days after the quarter ended? I frankly don't care what the numbers look like. The point is that filing is a major step towards credibility even if the report is red. We are well aware of startup costs. If the 4th quarter is supposed to be so much better than the 3rd (I don't know why) then I say why wait because it would indicate some form of growth. Let's be honest. We have been jerked around with respect to the financials for almost 4 months. I am tired of these delays. I have never heard of selected filing. GG
