Here is a message I found on the AOL Board. If they can't find a bank to buy, they are going to start one with stock and assumed debt. He said that there are 6 PRs lined up. One tomorrow or Friday about the Medical deal. The company we have the deal with is HIP. To quote him on the next statement, "I was told that a bomb will explode under the stock next week." He couldn't tell me what it was but he said under, so I assumed it meant something huge. The old release about Belize has been removed from the Government website. PRWT also has a mortgage deal with Costa Rica and a target of developing 50,000 homes in the Dominican Republic. Insider Trading will open 6 new trading offices very soon. And the goal is to open one right next door to every QUICK & REILY INVESTMENT you see. Commercials are being set up this week or Monday, and will air locally 5 times a day. Videophones are undergoing beta testing (testing under actual use conditions as opposed to alpha testing, which is done in the laboratory) this week, and there are 200 presently on order for use and testing. John feels this will be huge. John is looking to acquire a company that already trades on the NASDAQ or AMEX. He was negotiating with one already, but the deal fell through. So much for a reverse split. There are 2 huge deals concerning mortgages about to be signed. PRWT has plenty of money and no debt at this point.
