Rudedog, lets not get petty and picky here.

79 million licenses. Does that help you any more. Licenses! The 4+ million servers are SERVICING 79 million licenses. And to me, the licneses are the most critical factor on commitment. The number of servers sold is not a good factor to use since 1 NetWare server can service 1000+ users concurrently and it would take 4-5 NT servers to provide the same performance levels. So, based on NT stats that would mean each NT server is only servicing 200 users. Its the licensed user counts that are more critical. You will never see MSFT brag about those figures. Because when the industry puts it into a ratio of users to servers and compares it to NetWare servers, the truth hits home very quickly - NetWare saves the customer a lot more money in TCO.

I hope you are not going to dispute this fact since its pure sales figures. There is nothing to dispute. Talk to IDC if you dont believe the numbers.
