Jean Claude: You were so smart to sell at 6 dollars. I thought you were foolish at the time, but I was wrong. Although the company was fine fundamentally, the market didn't (and still doesn't) appreciate what this company has. After the TBS deal closes, MEGW will be able to pool TBS' revenues from 1998 into MEGW. This is huge. MEGW's 10K for 1998 will be terrific. At these levels, MEGW is a STEAL. I don't anticipate MEGW getting onto nasdaq until spring, but with tbs in the fold, their earnings are assured for the next few years. I can't guarantee how soon the market will react to the closing of the tbs deal. It might happen immediately; it may take until March when they obtain nasdaq. But I'd rather be 5 months early than 1 month late. This stock is an incredible buy today.
