Well, I guess I didn't say it very clearly then, but I did state that AOL had requested the summary judgement, thinking the CDA protected them as a content provider. Thanks for pointing out that the time period of 90 days for the limited discovery for BNEZ includes the need to respond to the summary judgement motion. BNEZ's lawyers will have to work fast to get their questions & depositions completed so they can then submit a response. With this happening, the beginning sales of PMA and co. management meeting with retail chain buyers, there are a lot of things in the fire right now. Does anyone know or have an idea when we could realistically expect to see some sales figures?
