JDN, I just finished a review of the amended S-1 filing. 90% is a rehash of the original filing. The other 10% contains updated language and statements reflecting results through 6/30 as contained in the previously filed 2nd qtr 10q.
Additional comments in harmony with the 2nd qtr 10q and the 3rd qtr. earnings release reflect on operational results through 9/30.

I have a call into I.R. to see if the amended filing satisfies the quiet period requirement, or if Command will remain under quiet period rules until 30 days after the filing.

Dear JDN---Maybe 3,600,000 isn't a big deal to you, but it is to me---I don't care how much of the company he still owns----his pocket book is in alot better shape, than those of us that lost large amounts of money. If the situatuion were different, I would view his sale at the offering, in a whole different light---we'll have to see how it's handled by the courts--Jan
