yesterday, before market opening, i was browsing around in the prwt web pages, and on a whim, i decided to email the c.e.o. of the affordable hoursing group...mail returned as undelivered...so i tried it again...same result..
so...i noticed a telephone number for the office in belize and i called them...a gentleman who i dont remember his name answered and said that nobody from a.f.g. was there yet, and that he was in the pristine development office, but that he would ask someone to return my call...
no call all day...
about a half hour ago...approx 11 ayem just now...mr sanker, c.e.o. of a. f. g. called me from los angeles...he is there now...his number there is 213 295 0283, if any of you wish to confirm any of this...his name is joe (or john) sanker...(sp)...he will be available for the rest of today, and maybe tomorrow...he will be going to belize, either tomorrow, or monday, he said...probably...get that...probably...
here is what is happening....the hurricane has slowed down the process a bit...there are presently three containers, containing two houses, in belize at this moment, waiting to clear customs...
there will be a man from tampa, florida, going to belize to supervise the construction of these two houses, at a cost of 1,600 per week...the houses are to be built completely furnished with wall to wall carpeting...steel construction...poly insulation...vinyl siding....i do not know if completely furnished means they will have furniture in them or not...these houses are constructed to withstand a wind of 170 mph...
one of the houses is 1,200 sq. ft, and the other is 1,500 sq. ft...he hopes to have them constructed by the end of this month or early december...
there are 200 - 300 people expressing interest in these houses...when these two display units (that is my term) are completed, there will be a press release stating the fact....
there is not a problem with the government of belize...that was a problem with the old govt, and the new govt is being most cooperative...when the display units are completed, and people can see what they are buying, the a. f. g. is ready to sell them....the floor plans can be changed to suit the buyer...
there is some sort of involvement with pristine development, i believe, as with regards to the land part of the deal...someone here can explain that better than i can...i might be incorrect, but if i am....well...somebody step in here and give me a hand please...
our investment in panam is a sure thing, according to him...there is much going on that he cannot speak of...he does not know about all of the rest of the company, but he is extremely excited about his corner of it...
for one thing, there is an international advertising and realty firm in miami that will be advertising these houses, and helping to sell them, as well...he does not wish to identify this company as negotiations are ongoing with them...in other words, it isnt final...no ending agreements yet...gotta start somewhere...these people can speak in english, spanish, and french...
as of yet, mr. sanker is not drawing a salary...he is working toward his future with the a. f. g., and says that if we will just kick back and let it happen that we will be exceedingly happy....
as i am writing this report, as this point, he just called me back, right now...he asked about my position with the company, and who did i represent...i told him my position with the shares, why not, and told him that i was only a shareholder, who worked with others in this chat group,,,he said it is good that we are sharing information, and that if anyone wishes to call him today, he will be glad to speak with you...
