the last 5 were no brainer years. Be fair and take a longer term perspective. No time to pull up the chart but I remember a 20+ yr flat period from around the 60s to the early 80s. Can you tell me which curve is the next five years going to be?

All I am trying to say is that a Ford salesman can only make money if he/she sells you a Ford. Some years Ford made great cars and other years they made lemons. The salesman, just like the Joe Bs, has no choice but to keep saying it is the best time to buy a car and buy a Ford. Their opinion, therefore, is practically worthless.
