I talked to a Brown representative today about the current problems. To my disappointment, she seemed to be indifferent as I explained my frustration and inability to trade.

The reason I switched from Datek to Brown is because I thought the service would be better. I think Brown wants to model itself after Datek...that is high volume and poor quality service.

I'm going to switch to another online broker. I'm willing to pay more for trades.
