Glenn, you probably will have a very good season this year, even if you do not offer your merchandise online. Jewellry, clothing and groceries (to name a few) do not seem to lend themselves to online selling the way other items such as books, cds, videos, toys, etc. do. However, there is no denying that bricks-and-mortar vendors of such products are scared s@#tless this season. And if the sea-change in my shopping habits are any indication, they have every right to be. If showing a profit were the first priority, don't you think amzn could be showing a profit now if Bezos wanted it to? (sincere question)
