Well it did not take long for people to play the game.

I admit TimeWarner is an interesting play on the vertical synergy play.

I dont think Boeing or Lockheed are in the running as both have sat interests on their plates right now.

BT, there is a stretch, but I dont think they are up to snuff just because they have not been able to pull off other buys to date.

WorldCom, hmmm... to borrow a phrase from a certain cartoon horse: Nope, dont like it. Dont like it one bit.

Think any non-Anglo company is in the shadows? Would be interesting to see the US government react to a take over play from a non-Anglo.

So, what is a good price?
