Chuck,
All along AMGV has been trying to raise capitol. With this merger Nucleus will be able to do this as a public company. Nucleus seems to be a diverse company from references to news release. From the strong statement about raising capitol in news release this tells me they already have it lined up after merger is complete. Nucleus has revenue of over $3 million right now. I got this by subtracting AMGV sales from the 4 million mentioned in news release. Reverse splits are tough when a company is floundering. Both these companies are making money. So I don't see any negatives.
Have a good one.
John
