HVN, Jimmy Dollar also mentions that IDTC has little competition.

I believe that AT&T, MCI WorldCom has a different business plan
than IDTC's. IDTC has been advertising their 5 cents
per minute all-day long-distance Net2Phone (phone-to-phone)
service on Bloomberg business radio.
I'm a subscriber, and I like the service - they bill on less than
60-second increments. Using their phone card also saves me a bundle.
I heard that AT&T has started some phone/net trials in a limited
set of cities to insure quality. I have yet to see any phone/net
service from MCI WorldCom. IDTC sold me the Net2Phone service
on top in addition to changing my default long distance carrier
to MCI-WorldCom from MCI (somewhat strange eh?)

The don't believe that the CLECs that you mention are currently
as heavily involved with phone/net business as IDTC (at least
their financial statements don't indicate that they are).

IDTC is de-emphasizing its ISP business which has significant
competition.
