I believe the manufacturer of the houses is Called Force Ten and I believe they are out of FL. At least this is the manufacturer of the 2 houses scheduled to go up in Belize this month.

I am not sure what role he has in the prefab houses. I know that AHG is involved with selling the houses. The mortgages will be from RMC. I think they maybe buying the homes from someone else and are only responsible for the assembly. I am not entirely sure what he is doing in Los Angeles.

I may drive by this weekend and take a couple of photos. A tour will have to wait because Joe will be leaving for Belize in the next couple of days.
