The question is, is it distribution or accumulation? The big blocks on higher prices suggests the latter, but someone had to sell those blocks too.

William Epstein, how does this fit with your specialist theories?

I haven't looked at a chart I don't really know but big block trades tell me to watch out. Does someone need to jump in quick with 1.7m shares because SEG is going to sky rocket? Didn't it just do that? Or is 30+/- now a safe price? Wish I knew.
And Orb will eat IOM's lunch and kick sand in it's face. 30 bucks for 2 gigs on a cartridge using IBM heads.
