This revision of the first Bloomberg news release has a time-stamp of 4:09 p.m.

"Thomas said his objective in hiring Merril Lynch was finding someone to buy 20 percent of the company; I was surprised by the statement, said Salamon Smith Barney's Wilbur." "I believed the option of selling the company was at least as likely as selling an equity position."

So, does the stock tank tomorrow, take off, or churn?
