Anyone knows customer/1 of Andersen Consulting? It is / was an accounting Software for utility-billing. CUSTOMER/1 is / was Andersen Consulting's premier customer information system solution for electric, gas and water utilities. It hasbeen installed in over 20 major utilities worldwide and bills more customers nightly than all other new systems combined. But: AC stopped the development of customer/1 and supports the new SAP-ISU-sollution worldwide. BEWAG (Berlin), Germans biggest utility just selected ISU as new Billing System. A big new worldwide Market for SAP. Any numbers on customer/1 installations? regards, Heinz

RGrey, I will offer a short answer or non-answer <g> to your long question: SAP's overall performance hasn't disappointed me; in fact, just the opposite is true, given the time horizon I allow myself and the circumstances in the past few months. I have done well with this stock. Basically, I came to the forum to share information or, on rare occasions, mildly expressed my thoughts. Stocks that are right for me certainly may not be right for others who have different strategies, temperament and resources. If you are not convinced about any stock, you should stay away from it.
