Anyone here have any thoughts on the possibility of the preferred stock issue? Without really thinking about it too much I am really not sure of the benifits of the preferred. It creates another layer above the common shareholder and would allow the company to use the issues as they see fit. And it's only 1 million shares and how much cash would that bring in. They already have a hoard of cash and plenty of available credit. But like I said there may be benifits to this procedure that I am not aware of.

By the way the bonus that was handed out to management for performance workes out to 5.5% of salary for Woodbury and Placek and 23% for Smith.
