First of all, sir, I would guess the 44 individuals mentioned in the article I referenced also thought the charges against them were really stupid. Nonetheless, they now face the great expense of defending themselves in litigation against the an agency of the U.S. Government. Secondly, as a matter of common courtesy, if not legality, it would be considerate of individuals to state their holding position (long or short) and attempt to separate fact from opinion. I've stated several times I'm long the stock. Others here have stated they are short. It allows the passive reader to know from what viewpoint an individual is writing. Finally, I use my real name here, sir. What are you afraid of that requires you to hide behind a fictitious alias? Doug
