In other words they aren't out of compliance but someone would like us to think that they are. The share price rising above $1 for 10 consecutive days solved that and the cash infusion shortly thereafter, considering normal burn rate, wouldn't be violating assets either. Besides that - the tangible assets can only be counted after issuance of 10-Q and 10-K reports.

*In other words....* Drakes' not only READS those things but is just about the only one in here who UNDERSTANDS what the hell is written and gives us his straight opinion on them...........! Heck, as far as I know he has been always right about what all these fillings really means. As far as I am concerned, he is the last of the Honest Stinkin' Crooks..... And for all you LONGS who think he goes short every time he posts...... you folks gotta remember, he's still pissed he covered his short position on RACE waaaaaaay to early !
