Hmmmmm. Maybe YHOO wouldn't be such a great partner for CKFR after all.

Doesn't look as though YHOO is delivering anything close to the "dial-tone quality" that Pete Kight rightly insists upon. If I were Pete, I would be talking to the folks who filed this suit and would know for sure that YHOO had fixed its problems before I signed anything.
