In other words....they are out of compliance in terms of the NTA requirement. It's clearly stated in their S-3 and 10K just as it will be in the upcoming 10Q. Companies that have something to hid always refer you to the filings since they figure you won't bother reading them or that even if you do read them that you won't understand what you're reading. (Marshall is the poster child for this.)

I think it's absurd that a company can get a delisting notice from Nasdaq (if that's what happened here) and not have to report it to their shareholders. Most people would consider such a thing a material development.
