Read the damn 10K. RACE is NOT in compliance with the Nasdaq Net Tangible Asset Listing requirement. Why the need for Skalla to confirm what he already disclosed? It's his responsibility to make that disclosure and he did it in the 10K. Goodness gracious.

Hell, with this new "general manager from hell" I don't even have time to eat lunch anymore, I think he thinks I'm that Vishnu (??) guy - the one with all the arms. I get up in the morning and can add a few comments but when I get home after almost 12 hours of work I just don't have the energy to research anything. I do know someone I can call tomorrow if I get up early enough and if he's in. I often eventually get my e-mail answered because I'm very polite, to the point and rarely write.
