Bullhockey. Listen, you're messin' with people that know what they're talkin' about for a change. Why did they mention the LU suit that took place on August 19th? That's after June 30. Stick with what you know.

Hell, the 10K talks about the redemption of preferred stock as of September 2, 1998. That's well after June 30, 1998. I repeat, RACE clearly states in their 10K that they are not in compliance with the Nasdaq net tangible asset listing requirement.
