Hi Jack, Thanks for asking, I forgot to check to see at what price the trade filled on WEHKX. The 45% LIFO gain came from selling 4% of my position at $9.87. Last purchase was at the beginning of September when the price dipped to the mid $6 range.

Hong Kong has been STRONG in recent weeks.

It's hard to say what's the "right" price for starting with stocks like VTSS. Growth rates and type of market for their product is very important in making that decision. Right now I'm starting "vealies" with VTSS, but remember that I usually have had a 50% cash reserve for it and am holding my reserves to less than 28% right now because of the Idiot Wave. I'll sell more shares if the IW risk level rises or if the price rises and "dilutes" my cash reserves. Right now I'm still planning on owning VTSS for another 3-5 years.
