My point is that FNET and FTEL are losing money fast. Are they losing money fast VS or are they spending more? Both, IMO, will have a private placement soon. It seems that you agree with me. Many of your friends don't. I think you are incorrect here I believe as I have said before that FNet will have a PP but not Ftel. Infusion of cash is imperative and I believe they will not only be successful here but they will cut an equitable deal doing itRegarding profits by the third quarter (please give dates rather than quarters. Is that a fiscal quarter, or by June 30th, or a calendar quarter, or by Sept 30th) If they continue on this pace 3rd quarter for fiscal year should tell a different story than you are paintingI highly doubt that will happen. I am confident that it will In fact, the bulls on this thread keep putting the carrot out further and further as I predicted many months ago. What ever you want to believe VS but the reality is that progress with this company is evident in their filings and their releases which are based on what is as opposed to what may happen.I expect the 10Q, which should be out soon, to back up my negative opinion of FTEL and its cash-burn rate and need for a private placement, or something, soon. The 10Q will also show a significant change in revs from previous quarters. VS in your so called expert opinion what is the proximate cause of the larger operational expense that will show in this statement? The shorts love private placements. I wonder if the next private placement will have a floor. Do not know yet but my guess is that it will have a higher floor than a $1.00. And yes Shorts love PP they also love under capitalized corporations. You see what you fail to recognize is that a company like Ftel if it hopes to make the jump to a player in the field must infuse cash. If you agree with that, than I would like to hear your solution to this situation other than a PP? Stop the scare tactics and suggest an alternative that you would feel would be a better approachInstead of letting some small companies prey on you, you can prey on them. Open an account in Canada (you will need a nice sum of money for a deposit, however).I personally don't short, but I encourage you to start learning about it if you are interested. If you do not do it, why are you selling the idea to someone else? Armchair quarterbacks are a dime a dozen. Whats your excuse? Why if you feel this is a slam dunk are you not short? I feel this company will succeed so I own it. If I felt as strongly the other way I would be short it. The question begs an answer why if you feel so strongly that Ftel is a loser why dont short this puppy to .01? Well either your chicken, you are light the funds, you are short or you are just a fraud looking to watch people squirm when times are tight. You know the guy that ;loves to watch train wrecks and laugh. Sethy
